How do I play? Where are my stats?

The Swamp is about decisions, not dice. Read the room, pick your play, and watch the five meters at the top. Tap How to Play on the title screen any time for a refresher, and Stats for your runs, endings, and the Fate Gallery.

How do I get Acts Two and Three?

The First 100 Days and The Reckoning are optional one-time purchases, $1.99 each or $2.99 together as The Full Ledger. Tap Enter the Swamp on the title screen to open Choose an Act, or use the offer at the end of Act One. The Announcement is free and complete on its own.

I bought an act but don't see it.

Open Settings from the title screen and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so signing into the same account restores them on any device.

Did my progress get lost?

Runs, endings, and stats are saved on your device. Reinstalling the app or switching phones starts fresh, since nothing is stored off-device.

Is this about anyone in particular?

The Swamp is a work of fiction. All characters, parties, and nations are invented.
